Konstanze Dehlan has been a member of Telekom MMS’s CRM Competence Group since its inception. Since 2014, she has been deeply involved in digital sales and customer service processes for medium-sized companies and large corporate clients. She translates business requirements into technological solutions and, together with her team, supports the implementation of CRM and ERP projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
