Digitale Souveränität als strategischer Gestaltungsraum – Erfahrungen von aus der Beratungspraxis

Digital sovereignty is not a theoretical ideal, but a practical design task. In this masterclass, we use specific project examples to show how organizations can analyse their own sovereignty concerns, derive target images and roadmaps and make well-founded decisions for data, workloads and cloud services. Building on this, we provide an overview of the particular challenges involved in procuring sovereign IT solutions. We make tangible which organizational skills are required, where real dependencies arise and how trade-offs between control, innovation and cost-effectiveness can be managed in practice.
