Dr. Matthias Kollatz is a highly recognised expert in the fields of promotional banking
and anti-crisis support measures. With over three decades of experience, he has extensive practical knowledge of designing and deploying a range of financial instruments as well as a deep appreciation of the challenges and opportunities involved. He pioneered the design and roll-out of risk sharing instruments.
Matthias brings unparalleled knowledge, expertise and experience on the use of financial
instruments for filling market gaps in underserved segments, mobilising private finance,
and providing counter-cyclical finance.
