Dr. Till Contzen is a partner at Deloitte Legal and head of the Digital Law service line. Admitted to the bar in 2012, he specializes in IT law and digitalization. He advises on IT modernization, digital transformation, complex IT projects (e.g. ERP/CRM), cloud migrations and XaaS. With his technical understanding, he translates complex issues into legal solutions and provides clients with holistic support for IT projects.

The masterclass uses specific projects to show how organizations can analyse their sovereignty concerns, develop target images and roadmaps and make well-founded decisions on data, workloads and cloud services. We also provide an overview of the challenges involved in procuring sovereign IT solutions as well as the necessary organizational skills and trade-offs between control, innovation and profitability.
