About the company
Since its founding in 2024, TF-Industries GmbH, based in Bochum, Germany, has pursued the goal of sustainably increasing data security in companies of all sizes – from small businesses to enterprise environments. To achieve this, we rely on a novel, patented security principle for backup data: instead of purely software-based protection mechanisms, we use genuine, physical air gap isolation. Automated, hardware-based network gateways prevent the production network and backup vault from being connected at the same time – even in the event of compromised systems. This enables offline protection, immutability without tape, and fast recovery. Available as a PCIe card, 1U system, or appliance, our solution scales modularly and integrates into existing backup workflows.
