Norbert Grießhaber has been Chairman of the Management Board of Sparkasse Kraichgau since 2010 and was previously responsible for corporate customer business as a member of the Management Board for seven years. After training as a banker and gaining further professional experience at Sparkasse Villingen-Schwenningen, Norbert Grießhaber studied business education at the University of Mannheim, graduating with a degree in business education in 1995. He then joined the Savings Banks Association of Baden-Württemberg, where he worked as an auditor and tax consultant until 2002.

About the speaker

Since 1840, Sparkasse Kraichgau has stood for stability and reliability in the region with its business model geared towards the common good. The business area extends over a total of three districts with around 300,000 inhabitants via the medium-sized centers of Bruchsal, Bretten and Sinsheim. With 660 employees, including 46 trainees, Sparkasse Kraichgau is one of the largest employers and taxpayers in the region. As at 31.12.2025, the balance sheet total was around 5 billion euros.
