In the past, I have worked in various areas, including as a research assistant in the field of data protection/privacy law at TU Dresden. In the masterclass, we will guide you through the interplay of GDPR and AI Act - what do they have in common and where are they completely different. We will also present our practical guidelines for conducting threat modeling for AI systems, data protection and fundamental rights impact assessments. Our presentation will include a tool-based risk assessment methodology that we have successfully implemented in an industrial environment.
