Stefan Marienfeld is head of the Voicification & AI Solutions team at Deutsche Telekom, where he and his team create customized voice and chatbot solutions for medium-sized and large enterprise customers. The applications are technically mapped in the T-Cloud Public and managed from Germany. Customers receive end-to-end support, from requirements and structured implementation to service and operation. The common goal is to use Telekom's cloud environments in such a way that they are as efficient, secure, and powerful as possible, meet functional and data protection requirements, and turn customers into fans with the solutions.
